She in the Garden was done for Shades of Green, "an artistic collaboration between MENCAP and Inky Cuttlefish Studios", where associated artists exhibited with side by side mencap, responding to the theme Shades of Green. The exhibition was at the Vestry House Museum from the 7th to the 29th of August, and then moved to Inky Cuttlefish Gallery.
She in the Garden explores further the figure of Eve, in the garden of Eden, surrounded by exhuberant nature and her reproductive organs drawn with bright colours, as if her sexuality were woken up by the fertile nature around her. The snake curls around her and her hair curls and spreads like snakes or plants.
