Wound II looks at the concept of the wound in relation to maleness. A classic nude talks to us about idealized masculinity and the myth of Adam (the genitals covered with a leaf). The embossed piercing of the skin is not in the ribcage, like Adam's or Jesus's wound would be, but closer to the genitals, hinting at a hidden relationship between gender, sexuality and the wound.
