CANDLELIGHT CATS AND DOGS 11-12 December 2010 2pm-7pm
Christmas at Inky Cuttlefsh Studios will be over two days and will showcase artwork, craft and home products from local artists and designers. Mulled wine and minced pies will be served. All work on sale under 100 pounds!

During my residency at Inky Cuttlefish Studios I worked with the image of the cuttlefish when I designed publicity, and when I did the poster for the Arty Quiz. I made these two new prints inspired again by this animal and it's inky nature. They have been made for the Christmas arts and crafts exhibition coming up at the studio gallery on the weekend of the 11th and 12th of December.
The theme is Cats and Dogs, hence Inky Cuttlefish make no good pets, and Christmas Attack imagines another mishappening involving Inky. These blotty creatures are not domesticable!
These are limited edition screenprints, Christmas Attack (15), Inky Cuttlefish make no good pets (20). The final edition of Christmas Attack comes with a nice golden ink frame around the edge of the paper.
They will be for sale at the exhibition for 18 pounds.
There are also two screenprint and collage unique prints, Golden Cuttlefish (small) and Inky (large) for 32 and 38 pounds.
